Terms of delivery and payment

Online Store Delivery and Payment Terms

Valid from February 8, 2026

General 

The products on the online store are sold by Kati Niemi, business ID in Germany DE 13425520304. We sell products to private individuals aged 18 and over to Germany and other countries in the EU also Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and delivery charges.

Ordering

You can place an order by adding items in the shopping basket and paying for the content of the basket using the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact information collected during the order process is not used for any other purpose than order delivery or to resolve potential queries unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, we assume that you have read, understood and accepted the current delivery terms.

Payment

Products and delivery charges are paid in full when placing the order. The online store accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Payment on site
  • Credit card

Payment service provider

PayPal is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized payment institution that works in cooperation with bank and credit institutions. PayPal is shown as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement. PayPal will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we will immediately send you an email order confirmation, which will include your order details.  Please make sure you always check the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our customer services. Please save your order confirmation for future reference in case you need to get in touch with the customer services. When contacting the customer services, make sure you have your customer and order number available. Please check the content of the parcel matches the items listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for products in stock is 3-5 working days (Mon – Fri).

During busy periods we aim to deliver within 5 – 7 working days.

In other countries in EU and non EU 7-14 working days.

Other countries 2 – 4 weeks.


Changes to the normal delivery times are updated in the “NEWS” section of the World of Sauna homepage.

Delivery Methods and Charges

Delivery charges include postage and packaging costs. You can check the delivery charges once you have chosen the payment and delivery method. Our orders are delivered by DHL parcel service.

Delivery countries and prices

Delivery costs in Germany: 6,95€ and free delivery on orders over 100 €.

We offer our customers in Germany (one) free return and exchange right.

Delivery costs in other EU countries

Austria, France, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Rebublik, Spain, Great Britain, Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgary, Estland, Irland, Krotia, Lithuana, Latvia, Finland, Malta, Portugal and Rebublic of Cypros: 15,90 € and free delivery on orders over 160 €.

Delivery costs in non EU countries

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 25,90 € and free delivery on orders over 160 €.

Other countries

USA and Canada 35,90 €. Australia and New Zealand 39,90 € free delivery on orders over 250 €.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Germany, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.  The right to return only applies to items that are in unused and resalable condition in their original packaging.

Please include the following information with your return:

  • your customer number, name, address and phone number.
  • reason why you’re returning or changing products.
  • copy of order confirmation from World of Sauna.

Failure to collect an order is not a return!

For orders placed outside of Germany, the customer pays postage charges for returns.

When returning your order, please include the full address below on your parcel.

We are unable to accept returns that have not been received within 14 days of the delivery of the order. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the money directly to your bank account.

Problems with the delivery and faulty products:
If the product has been lost or damaged during transportation, or a wrong item is delivered to you, please contact us immediately by email: saunamaailmalla (at) gmail.com

The notice of an incorrect delivery or faulty products must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. If the parcel is damaged during the transportation, you must immediately inform the delivery company of the damage.

Other

We reserve the right to make changes to our delivery terms. It is the customers responsibility to check the delivery terms before placing an order. World of Sauna handles all customer information in complete confidence.
