Salt sauna – Holland
The Dutch are very inventive. They have built a sauna inside a salt room! This sauna offers many different options; log saunas, infrared saunas, stone saunas and special fire saunas.
There are also two different salt saunas. The salt has been imported from the Himalayas. Salt cleans the air and is great for the skin and the airways.

Tram sauna – Italy
I have no idea what inspired the Italians to build a tram sauna. Maybe there is a Finn or some other “sauna-crazy” person behind this idea? I would like to know.
However, this sauna in Milan combines culture and sauna in a unique way. The tram sauna is open every day. The sauna is the only BIOSAUNA (organic sauna) in the world and it is built inside a historic tram. The tram sauna has been built in collaboration with QC Terme Milan.
Price: max 50 € / person and spa Daily max 54 € / person

Cinema sauna – Germany
I put googled “cinema sauna” and found many results, especially in Germany. This one looked the most comfortable, due to the lovely-looking sun loungers. I mean, who would want to sit for 1,5h hours on hard benches and without a backrest? The temperature of the sauna is not too hot, only around 50 degrees Celsius. Lie down and enjoy a movie or a sporting event.
Price: 22.50 € / person / 3h or 27.50 € / person / all day

Barrel sauna – Iceland
For us Finns, barrel saunas are “so last season”. However, this barrel sauna is set in an insanely gorgeous landscape and is definitely something special. I am sure I am not the only Finn who would enjoy visiting this sauna.
What could be better than taking a sauna after a hard day of work or a nice day of hiking? Next to the sauna is a small pool with warm water coming directly from a hot spring.
Price: The sauna is free for overnight guests. There is a small sauna fee for other guests.
